For lower spec PC (sub 200MHz processors) owners there aren't too many choices that spring to mind when purchasing a football game. Probably the only competition to Sega Worldwide Soccer in the budget range is Fifa 99 and FA Premier League Stars 2001, although they are twice the price of SWS and have greater system requirements. The game has 45 international teams and a variety of competition modes to suit anybody. The graphics are poor by today's standards and anyone with a mid-high end processor will find that the game is a little fast. Gameplay is simplistic but good nevertheless (most moves are in there) and the ability to alter the difficulty setting will add longevity to the game. SWS is recommended provided you don't have a modern processor.
