If ever there was proof that you don't need to spend much money to get a great driving game then this is it. Rally Championship Xtreme still looks good, has a framerate that simply flies and what's more has loads of features to keep you interested for a long, long time.

Rally Championship Xtreme offers a Championship mode, an Arcade mode, a Quick Play mode, a Challenge mode and a multiplayer mode. There are 4 World rallies in Britain, Arctic, US and even a Safari rally. There are 28 different tracks, and 28 licensed cars. The damage modeling is one of the best seen in a rally game. You can even compete in online races and competitions. Even two years after it's original release the game still gives Colin McRae Rally 3 some very competitive competition.

The co-driver comments are shown via icons, in the usual manner for a rally game. Of course these icons do not convey as much detail as the verbal comments but they do help and are quite descriptive. This is one heck of a rally simulation and if you are a fan of rally simulations then you owe it to yourself to get a copy of this cracking title.

Recommendation: Highly recommended. This is superb value at just £5. Definitely the best out of Sold Out Software's latest releases.
