Although this game is on budget it is only a year old. The game supports Direct3D cards and as a result looks very nice. The basic idea of the game is a flying shoot 'em up. The game has a fantasy theme and all 24 of the different flying craft are bizarre. The game contains a career mode in which you side with one of the 4 clans and have access to their flying machines. You can also play single games as well as multiplayer deathmatch games and a couple of other variations too. The game contained a patch on the CD but when I installed the patch the CD wasn't recognised when I wanted to start the game. The only real downside to this game is that the required specs are a tad high for a budget release but if you like shoot 'em ups and your PC is up to it then Flying Heroes is highly recommended.
